FAQs
🍃 1. What makes Maki Lab’s matcha special?
Our Ceremonial Matcha is sourced from Yame, Japan 🇯🇵, and made from the first harvest leaves 🌱 — known for their rich umami, smooth texture, and balanced flavor. Each tin represents the perfect harmony of craftsmanship and tradition.
☕ 2. How should I prepare your matcha?
Use 70°C (158°F) water for the best taste.
Whisk 1–2g (about half a teaspoon) of matcha with 60–70ml of water using a bamboo chasen (whisk) until frothy.
Enjoy it as usucha (thin) or koicha (thick) — or even as a creamy matcha latte 🥛.
